XIII edition of the International Scientific Conference "Cracow Cognitive Science Conference"
(hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations")

§ 1 Organizers, date and duration of the Conference

1. These Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Participants of the XIII edition of the International Scientific Conference "Cracow Cognitive Science Conference" (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference"),which will be held remotely via the Microsoft Teams online streaming platform, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", on 07.05.2022 – 08.05.2022.

2. The Organizer of the Conference is the Jagiellonian University, Gołębia 24, 31-007 Kraków (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), scientific and organizational support for the Conference is provided by the Scientific Circle of Cognitive Science Students of the Jagiellonian University, Grodzka 52, 31-044 Kraków, and the Scientific Circle of Students of Cognitive Science of the University of Silesia, Bankowa 11, 40-007 Katowice (called further together "Circles").

3. Scientific supervision over the course of the Conference is exercised by the Scientific Committee, which consists of Dr. Jacek Francikowski, Dr. Artur Gunia, Dr. Mateusz Hohol, Prof. UJ, Dr. Izabela Kraśnicka, Dr. Witold Marzęda, Dr. Marta Łukowska, Prof. Michał Ostrowicki (Sidey Myoo), Dr. Błażej Skrzypulec, Dr. Jacek Wawer and Prof. Michał Wierzchoń, (hereinafter referred to as the "Scientific Committee").

4. A Conference Participant is any adult natural person who, by 06.05.2022 at the latest , submits a willingness to participate in the Conference in the manner referred to in §2 of the Regulations and accepts the rules of participation in the Conference referred to in the Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant").

5. The limit of Conference Participants is 500 people. If the number of applications exceeds the set limit, in the first place the right to participate in the Conference is granted to the Participants referred to in §4 sections 1-2 of the Regulations - speakers and special guests, the qualification for participation in the Conference of the remaining applications is determined by their order. A person interested in participating in the Conference, who has registered in accordance with the provisions of § 2 of the Regulations, will receive an e-mail from the Organizer with information about qualifying or not qualifying him to participate in the Conference.

6. The Regulations are made available to the Participants on the Conference website: https://www.ccsc.pl, (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference Site"), in Polish and English, in a way that allows them to be downloaded.

7. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations due to a change in generally applicable law and the need to adapt the Regulations to this change, in particular in order to adjust the formula of the Conference to the restrictions, orders and prohibitions in force during it related to the introduction of the pandemic state, change the Conference program, increase security measures accompanying the Conference. The amendment to 1 the Regulations will enter into force within 7 days from the moment of its publication on the Conference Website. With regard to Participants who have accepted Regulamin, the change will enter into force within 7 days of informing them about the change in the Regulations and not objecting to this change within the above-mentioned period.

8. The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes in the Conference program, including the right to change the time schedule and order of speeches. In the event of changes, the Organizer will immediately inform about it on the Conference Website.

§ 2 Registration of participation in the Conference

1. Participation in the Conference will be possible via the Platform, which the registered Conference Participant will gain access to after creating an account in the registration panel available at: https://signup.microsoft.com and logging in to the login panel available at: https://login.microsoft.com.

2. Participation in the Conference requires prior registration via the electronic form available on the website: https://forms.office.com/r/FGVpGGAgJn (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form"), in which the person wishing to participate in the Conference will be obliged to indicate the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, academic title, affiliation and address of sending a letter containing a certificate of participation in the Conference.

3. In the case of participation in the Conference as a speaker or special guest, on the terms described in §4 sections 1-2 of the Regulations, a person wishing to participate in the Conference will be obliged to indicate in the Registration Form the data specified in paragraph 2 above, and in addition: the title of the speech to be delivered, the abstract of the speech and the address of sending the parcel containing the conference package.

4. Participants referred to in §4 sections 1-2 of the Regulations are obliged to send a supplemented Registration Publication by 24.04.2022. Failure to send a completed registration Formularz within the prescribed period is tantamount to not obtaining the status of a speaker or a special guest of the Conference, respectively.

5. Participation in the Conference - gaining access to the live streaming of the Conference on the Platform will be preceded by completing and sending the Registration Form referred to in paragraphs 2-3 above, confirmation of reading the Content of the Regulations, acceptance of these Regulations, which is tantamount to granting by the Participant authorizations, permits and licenses referred to in the Regulations. After sending a correctly completed Registration Form and acceptance of the Regulations by the Participant, the Participant will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the Registration Form, containing information about qualifying or not qualifying for participation in the Conference and links, clicking on which will redirect the qualified Participant to the login panel referred to in paragraph 1. above. After logging in to the Platform, you will be redirected to the Platform's Internet address, where the Conference will be broadcast.

6. Participation in the Conference for Participants who are not speakers referred to in §4 section 1 of the Regulations is free of charge.

7. In the case of participation in the Conference as a speaker referred to in § 4 section 1 of the Regulations, participation in the Conference is payable. The conference fee (hereinafter referred to as the "Fee") is PLN 100 (in words: one hundred zlotys) and should be paid by 24.04.2022. The date of payment of the Fee is the date of its booking 2 on the Organizer's bank account. Failure to pay the Fee within the given deadline is tantamount to not obtaining the status of a conference speaker. The detailed method of payment of the Conference Fee is given on the Conference Website.

8. Persons interested in participating in the Conference as a proxy or special guest, who for the reasons described in the Regulations will not obtain the status of a speaker or special guest, as far as available places within the limits referred to in § 1 section 5 of the Regulations, may participate in the Conference as a passive participant, provided that by 06.05.2022 they fill in the and send the Registration Formularz.

9. In the event of resignation from participation in the Conference, the Participant is obliged to immediately inform the Organizer about it by sending relevant information to the e-mail address: ccsc@uj.edu.pl. Resignation from participation in the Conference may be made until 06.05.2022. In the event of resignation from the Conference of the speaker who paid the Registration Fee, the Fee will not be refunded.

10. The Organizers are not responsible for the Participant's providing incorrect or untrue data during registration of participation in the Conference.

11. Participation in the Conference requires the Participant to have an ICT system that meets the following minimum technical requirements:
a. Internet access;
b. terminal equipment;
c. software that allows you to read files in various formats (m.in text, sound, graphics, multimedia, video, etc.);

12. The Participant confirms that he/she has read the Regulations and accepts the provisions of the Regulations, which is tantamount to granting by the Participant the permits, licenses and authorizations referred to in the Regulations, and is also an obligation to pay the Fee by the Participants referred to in paragraph. 7 above. Registration of participation in the Conference is made at the moment of completing the Participant's data in the content of the Registration Form and sending it by a person interested in participating in the Conference together with the consents referred to in § 4-8 of the Regulations, using the registration system located on the platform https://www.office.com and confirmed by The Organizer qualifies a given person to participate in the Conference.

§ 3 Rights and obligations of Conference Participants

1. During the Conference, Speakers' Papers (hereinafter referred to as "Papers"), Conference Posters of Speakers (hereinafter referred to as "Posters") and Lectures of Special Guests (hereinafter referred to as "Lectures") (hereinafter collectively also referred to as "Works") will be presented.

2. The works will be presented during meetings organized on the Platform, to which the Participant will gain access by clicking on the links referred to in § 2 section. 5 of the Rules of Procedure (hereinafter referred to as "Sessions").

3. Each session will be moderated by a person designated for this purpose by the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "Moderator").

4. Each Participant has the right to participate via the Platform, in the Session of their choice and in accompanying events, i.e. in virtual workshops and in a virtual integration event. Detailed information and the exact program of the Conference is available on the Conference Website. The conference will be held in English.

5. Each Conference Participant has the right to submit questions to the authors of the presented Works. Submitting a question can be made during the Session during which the Work is presented, after joining the Session by clicking on the link referred to in §2 section. 5 Terms and Conditions. Submitting a question can be made using the functionalities provided by the Platform, by selecting the option of raising the "digital hand", available under the Reactions button and by placing the content of the question in the chat of a given Session.

6. From among the submitted questions, the Session Moderator will select those that will be asked to the author of the Work at the time allotted for this purpose, after the end of the presentation of the Work. In the case of questions submitted by raising the "virtual hand" referred to in paragraph 5 above, the Moderator will give the floor to the person submitting the question. The person to whom the Moderator will give the floor may personally, via the Platform, ask a question to the author of the Work. In the case of questions submitted by placing them in the session chat, the Moderator will read the given question, which will be tantamount to his task to the author of the Work.

7. The Session Moderator, taking into account the planned time of presentation of the Works, as well as the schedule of the Conference, will decide on the number of questions asked. The organizer reserves the right to choose the questions that will be asked.

8. The Conference will be streamed in real time on the Conference websites and on the Conference profiles on Facebook and YouTube social networks available on the following websites: https://www.facebook.com/CracowCognitiveScienceConference and https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCU_uPeFnFtRT_bp7D5UIVHA.

9. After the end of the Conference, on the Conference Website and on the Conference profiles on social networking sites, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, available at: https://www.facebook.com/CracowCognitiveScienceConference, https://www.instagram.com/ccsc_2022, https://twitter.com/cracowcogsci, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCU_uPeFnFtRT_bp7D5UIVHA, The Organizer will make available photos and audiovideo recordings from the course of the Conference (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Conference Report"), which will be publicly available without time and territorial restrictions for users of the above mentioned websites.

10. The Conference Organizer, by making the conference materials available to the Participants, pays special attention to the need for the Participants to respect intellectual property rights. Participants undertake to use the materials made available to them by the Organizer only for their own personal use. Modification, copying, transmission, public performance and any use of these materials for commercial purposes requires the prior written consent of the Organizer or by another authorized entity. Participants shall be fully liable for any damage caused by their conduct contrary to the above stipulation.

11. Participants accept the established rules of the Conference and its program and undertake not to influence its change and not to interfere with the course of the Conference. The Organizer is entitled to exclude from participation in the Conference Participants who violate the provisions of the Regulations, in particular: a. interfere with the course of the Conference;
b. take actions that are unlawful, immoral, or contrary to the legitimate interests of third parties;
c. take actions aimed at circumventing or indicating an attempt to circumvent the Regulations or the rules of holding the Conference;
d. take actions that violate the legitimate interests of the Organizer or harm their image.

12. The Conference Organizer is not responsible for: a. incorrect or malfunction of the software used by the Participant;
b. lack or interruption of access to the Internet for reasons attributable to the Participant;
c. defective computer equipment used by the Participant;
d. improper operation of the Platform by the Participant;
e. other circumstances preventing or hindering participation in the Conference not caused by the actions or omissions of the Organizer.

§ 4 Speakers and Special Guests

1. The speaker is a person who, by March 13, 2022, sent the Organizer an original abstract of the Referat (hereinafter referred to as the "Abstract") and to whom Abstrakt was qualified by the Scientific Committee to deliver the Paper or present the Poster, and who, moreover, by April 24, 2022, made registration of participation in the Conference, in the manner referred to in § 2 of the Regulations and paid the Fee within this period. The Paper or Poster qualified by the Scientific Committee will be presented by the Speaker to the other Participants in real time on the Platform's website at the time specified by the Organizers and will be made available as part of the Conference Report, in the manner referred to in §3 sections 8-9 of the Regulations.

2. The Special Guest is the Participant indicated by the Organizer, who is the author of the Lecture, who will present to the other Participants in real time on the Platform's website at the time specified by the Organizer and who will be made available in accordance with §3 sections 8-9 of the Regulations.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to indicate Speakers and Special Guests. 4. Providing the Organizer with the Abstract is an expression of granting the Organizer a non-exclusive license to use this Abstract, on terms analogous to those specified in §5- 7 of the Regulations for the purposes of making a decision on qualifying the Participant as a Speaker or Special Guest, as well as for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Conference, developing the Abstract Book and its publicly available on the Conference Website.

5. Presentation of the Work, as well as granting the Organizer authorizations, permits and licenses referred to in this paragraph and in §5-7 of the Regulations in all fields of exploitation indicated therein is free of charge and takes place for the statutory purposes of the Organizer.

6. Granting the Organizer authorizations, permits and licenses referred to in this paragraph and in §5-7 of the Regulations is voluntary, but necessary to present the Work by the Speaker or Special Guest.

§ 5 License to use the Work

1. The speaker / special guest bears full responsibility for the form and content of the Work. Speakers and Special Guests undertake to develop and present an original Work that will not violate the rights and personal rights of third parties, contains also views inciting hatred or discrimination of any person on the basis of race, culture, ethnicity, religion, worldview or gender. In addition, it is unacceptable to propagate in the content of the Work the ideology and symbolism associated with totalitarian regimes.

2. If any part of the Work will constitute legally protected elements to which the Speaker / Special Guest will not be entitled to rights , the Speaker / Special Guest guarantees that he is entitled to use them to the extent necessary to present the Work and grant the Organizer a License with the right to grant sublicenses, permits and authorizations referred to in this Regulations, without the need for the Organizer to obtain additional consents and permits.

3. At the moment of presentation of the Work, the Speaker / Special Guest agrees to make the Work available in real time using streaming on the Platform's websites and on the Conference profiles on social networking sites, i.e. Facebook and YouTube, and to record it in the form of a Report from the Conference (audiovideo recordings). ) by the Organizer or an entity acting on its behalf and the use of such a recorded Work - independently and in combination with other Works, in the manner referred to in this paragraph.

4. The Speaker / Special Guest grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, unlimited in time, territorial, quantitative and qualitative license with the right to grant sublicenses of the same scope as the license, to use the Work recorded in the form of a Conference Report - in whole or in part, independently and as part of a collective work, in combination with works and elements freely selected by the Organizer (e.g. with the Works of other Speakers as part of the Conference Reports and with the so-called conference materials referred to in §3 section 10 of the Regulations, the initial and final board), as well as from their studies, adaptations and all materials, graphics, fragments, shots, documentation created during the recording of the Work as part of the Coverage of the Conference, as well as after its consolidation - for informational, educational, promotional and documentation purposes of the Conference, including in particular its use, sharing on the Internet, Intranet, as well as as part of any telecommunications services using any systems and devices, on the Platform websites and on other websites of the Organizer a, on the Conference Website and on the Conference profiles on social networks Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.

5. The license referred to in paragraphs 3-4 above (hereinafter referred to as the "License") is granted to the Organizer at the moment of transmission of the presentation by the Speaker / Special Guest of the Work, made via the Platform using live streaming and recorded by and by the Organizer or persons acting on its behalf, in the form of a Report from the Conference, in accordance with the provisions of §4 sections 1-2 of the Regulations. The license is granted for an indefinite period, without territorial, quantitative and qualitative restrictions and covers the use of the Work, in particular in the following fields of exploitation: a. recording and reproduction of work - production of copies of the Work using all available techniques , including printing, reprographic, magnetic recording and digital technology (m.in DVD, magneto-optical media);
b. in the scope of dissemination of the Work – public performance , exhibition , display, reproduction , broadcasting and rebroadcasting, as well as making the Work publicly available in such a way that everyone can have access to it in a place and at a time chosen by them, using all available techniques, including use on the Internet, Intranet and other computer networks, posting and modifying the Work on websites, social networking sites, broadcasting the Work using a multimedia and ICT network, modifications of the Work enabling the creation of navigation on websites, making it publicly available at public exhibitions or exhibitions;
c. in the scope of trading in the original or copies on which the Work has been recorded - placing on the market, lending or renting the original or copies;
d. creating and distributing derivative works of the Work, including further projects/materials based on the Work or their individual elements, including the development of different graphic, color versions or visual or spatial formats of the Work and the use of derivative works so created in the scope and in all fields of exploitation specified in this paragraph;
e. rebroadcasting, dissemination in the press, on the Internet, on large-format posters and in all other forms of promotion or advertising;
f. modifying the Work in whole or in part and making its elaborations in whole or in part, including, m.in, the right to correct, modify and change the entire Work or individual elements;
g. the right to freely use and use the Work and its individual elements, including the use of the Work and its individual elements for the purposes of advertising, promotion, office, purposes of marking goods, products, services, including their use as registered or unregistered trademarks, logos or their elements, use as the name / company of an enterprise, entrepreneur or business activity, use of the Work and its individual elements in the scope of advertising and promotion of the Organizer or the activities conducted by the University in the country and abroad.

6. The license also includes the right of the Organizer to exercise dependent rights to the Work, in all fields of exploitation referred to in paragraphs 3-5 above - including in particular the right to make changes to the Work and perform its studies, use and dispose of derivative works and to allow third parties to exercise copyrights dependent on the Work.

7. The Speaker / Special Guest authorizes the Organizer and entities acting on his behalf and entities authorized by him to exercise his moral rights to the Work, in particular the right to the inviolability of the content and form of the Work and its reliable use, decide on the first access to the Work to the public, supervise the manner of using the Work and decide on the inviolability of the Work the method of marking the author of the Work and undertakes not to exercise these rights towards the Organizer and entities acting on its behalf. The authorisation shall be granted without time, territorial, quantitative or qualitative limitations.

8. In the event of third parties submitting claims related to the Work or its individual elements in relation to the Organizer or to entities authorized by them to use the Work , the Speaker / Special Guest: a. release the Organizer and persons authorized by him to use the Work from the claims in question, to the extent that he was obliged to acquire from third parties the rights to legally protected elements, including proprietary and related copyrights to the Work and its individual elements, and to obtain from them the permits and authorizations referred to in this paragraph, and
b. will be fully liable for any damage suffered by the Organizer and persons authorized by him to use the Work due to the claims referred to in point (a) above, including primarily, but not exclusively, for damages related to the claim for compensation for their unlawful use or unlawful use of the Work and its individual elements.

§ 6 Consent to the use of the image

1. The Organizer will record the course of the Conference using sound and image recording devices in the form of a Conference Report - audiovideo recording and photo report - for educational, informational, promotional and conference documentation purposes.

2. Turning on the camera of the end device by the Participant is tantamount to granting the Organizer permission to share his image in real time using the live streaming of the Conference on the Platform's websites, on the Conference profiles on social networks, i.e. Facebook and YouTube, and to record the Participant's image in the Conference Report, which will be made available on the Conference websites, on the Conference profiles on social networking sites, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, on the Organizer's websites, located at https://phils.uj.edu.pl, https://filozofia.uj.edu.pl, https://www.kognitywistyka.uj.edu.pl , https://www.facebook.com/filozoficznyUJ/, in student media, i.e. the journal Wiadomości of the Jagiellonian University, websites http://www.knsk.rkn.uj.edu.pl, https://www.facebook.com/kolokogniuj, https://www.facebook.com/dogorymozgami without time and territorial limitations, quantitative and qualitative, without the right to remuneration in the above title, on the terms set out in this paragraph.

3. The Participant's consent referred to in paragraph 2 above includes the dissemination by the Organizer of the Participant's image in real time via the Platform and on the Conference profiles on social networks Facebook and YouTube and recorded in the Conference Report in connection with participation in the Conference, in particular through: recording, reproduction using magnetic recording techniques and digital technology, dissemination, use, marketing, lending, public performance, display, reproduction, broadcasting, public sharing on the Platform and on the Conference profiles in social media Facebook and YouTube, in such a way that each Conference Participant can have access to it in a place and at a time chosen by him for an indefinite period, using all available techniques, including use on the Internet, Intranet and other computer networks for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 above.

4. At the moment of presentation of the Work, the Participant who is the Speaker or Special Guest expresses a free, unlimited time, territorial, quantitative and qualitative consent to:
a. transferring its image for the purpose of sharing (presentation) the Work, via the Platform and on the Conference profiles on Facebook and YouTube social networks in real time using live streaming;
b. consolidation of the Speaker's image in the Conference Report and the use of this fixation, processing, reproduction and multiple dissemination of the Speaker's image recorded in the above-mentioned manner without the need to approve them each time, to the extent and in a manner analogous to that referred to in §5 sections 4-5 of the Regulations, including in particular on the Platform's websites and on the Conference profiles on social networking sites . Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 above.

5. The Participant is aware that the Report from the Conference will be made available on the Internet on the Platform and on the Conference websites and on the Conference profiles in social networks, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, and will be available to conference participants as well as to any person visiting the Conference websites and social networks, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. 6. In connection with the use of the image, the Participant will not exercise the right to control and each time approve the use of the image, including the right of approval in relation to the final form of the Report from the Conference in which it was used and the right to each time indicate him as a person shown in the above-mentioned Report from the Conference, and in particular to indicate his name and surname, subject to paragraphs 7 and 8 below.

7. The Speaker / Special Guest will be marked in the Conference Report by providing his personal data – name, surname, scientific title and name of the parent unit. At the same time, the Speaker / Special Guest agrees to be marked in the manner indicated above. The Speaker/Special Guest declares that such marking is in accordance with his wishes and does not violate his rights.

8. A Participant who during the time decided to personally ask questions to the Speaker / Special Guest will be marked in the Conference Report by providing his personal data – name, surname, academic title and name of the parent unit. At the same time, the Participant agrees to be marked in the manner indicated above. The Participant declares that such marking is in accordance with his wishes and does not violate his rights.

9. The conference may be recorded only by the Organizer. It is forbidden to record and take photos by Participants during the Conference without the prior consent of the Organizer.

10. The Organizer has the right to authorize other entities to use the image on the terms set out in this permit.

§ 7 Processing of personal data

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), the Organizers inform that:

1. The administrator of the Participant's personal data is the Jagiellonian University, Gołębia 24, 31-007 Kraków, represented by the Rector of the Jagiellonian University.

2. The Jagiellonian University has appointed a Data Protection Officer, Czapskich 4 31- 110 Kraków. Contact with the Inspector is possible by e-mail: iod@uj.edu.pl or by phone at 12 663 12 25 – from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00.

3. The Participant's personal data will be processed in order to:
a) implementation of the contract, the subject of which is participation in the thirteenth edition of the International Scientific Conference "Cracow Cognitive Science Conference", also called the "Conference", as well as in order to register participation in the Conference, accept applications, select Speakers and Special Guests, i.e. pursuant to Article 6(1)(.b) of the GDPR, on the basis of an agreement concluded by accepting the Regulations. The conference, organized on 07.05.2022 – 08.05.2022 by the Jagiellonian University, will have the character of an event taking place in a remote form using a platform intended for live streaming.
b) conducting the Conference and Reports from the Conference and for educational, informational and documentation purposes of the Conference – in relation to the personal data of Participants, Speakers and Special Guests in the form of an image – on the basis of their consent, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

4. Providing personal data by the Participant is necessary to conclude the contract, participate in the Conference and deliver the Work. Providing personal data in the field of image is voluntary.

5. The Participant's personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them on the basis of generally applicable provisions of law.

6. The Participant's personal data will be entrusted under the concluded personal data entrustment agreement, resulting from Article 28 of the GDPR, Microsoft Corporation, which is the provider of the registration system and the provider of the Platform. Personal data of the Participants will be stored for the period of organization of the Conference and until the final settlement and closing of the Conference, as well as until the limitation of claims that may arise from the performance of the contract referred to in point 3 letter a), and to the extent indicated in point 3 letter .b above – until the Participant withdraws consent to the processing of data.

7. Personal data of the Participant in the form of name, surname, academic title, name of the parent entity, image may be recorded in the Conference Report and processed on the Platform's websites in a way that allows access to it by logged in Conference Participants and on the Conference pages in social networks, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube for informational, educational and documentation purposes of the Conference, including for the purposes of reporting on the Conference, in accordance with § 6 of the Regulations.

8. If the Participant is a Speaker or a Special Guest, his/her personal data in the form of an image, name, surname, title of the Conference and the name of the parent entity will be processed as part of the Conference Coverage on the Platform's websites and on the Conference pages in social networks, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube until the consent to their processing is withdrawn, and in the case of other Participants, personal data in the form of an image, name, surname, academic title and name of the parent entity will be processed as part of the Conference Report on the Platform's websites and on the Conference's pages in social networks, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube until the consent to their processing is withdrawn.

9. The Participant has the right to: obtain information about the processing of personal data and rights under the GDPR, access to the content of their data and rectify them, as well as the right to delete personal data from the administrator's files (unless further processing is necessary to perform a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend claims), and the right to limit processing, transfer data, object to processing – in the cases and under the conditions specified in the GDPR.

10. To the extent that the processing is based on consent, the Participant also has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

11. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data The Participant may be sent by e-mail to the following address: ccsc@uj.edu.pl by traditional mail to the following address: Gołębia 24, 31-007 Kraków or withdraw in person by appearing at Gołębia 24, 31-007 Kraków.

12. The Participant's personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

13. The Participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if it is considered that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

§ 8 Final provisions

1. These Regulations are made available to Conference Participants on the Conference Website and enter into force on the day of their posting on the above-mentioned website.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Conference, change its program and formula. The cancellation of the Conference shall be immediately announced by the Organiso on the Conference Website. The Organizer will not be obliged to any other compensation or compensation in this respect towards the Participants, Speakers and Special Guests, nor to reimbursement of costs incurred in order to participate in the Conference and to present the Work.

3. In matters not covered by the Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.

4. The competent court for considering disputes between the Organizer and the Participants is Polish the court competent for the Organizer's registered office. 5. These Regulations have been drawn up in Polish and English. In the event of discrepancies between the language versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
