DR JACEK FRANCIKOWSKI UNIVERSITY OF SILESIA

Dr Jacek Francikowski works at the Institute of Biology, Biotechnology and Environmental Protection, University of Silesia in Katowice. He is interested in human physiology, neurocognitive science, etiology, evolutional psychology, and theory of evolution.

DR WITOLD MARZĘDA UNIVERSITY OF SILESIA

Dr Witold Marzęda is adjunct to the Institute of Philosophy at University of Silesia, studied in College of Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in Humanities at the University of Silesia. Master thesis in philosophy and polish philology. PhD in philosophy General Theory of Meaning in Husserl’s Phenomenology (reviewer: Prof. A Chrudzimski). He is interested in cognitive sciences especially in philosophy of mind and language processing, now is working on problems of acquisition of deictic competences.

DR ARTUR GUNIA JAGIELLONIAN UNIVERSITY

Dr Artur Gunia works at the Institute of Philosophy, Jagiellonian University. He is interested in cognitive enhancement, transhumanism, and the influence of social robots on human emotions.

DR HAB. MATEUSZ HOHOL PROF UJ JAGIELLONIAN UNIVERSITY

Mateusz Hohol is associate professor at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, who is affiliated within the Copernicus Center for Interdisciplinary Studies and teaching at the Cognitive Science program. His research focuses mainly on cognitive science/psychology of mathematics (numerical and geometric cognition), as well as on conceptual and methodological issues in cognitive (neuro)science.

DR IZABELA KRAŚNICKA JAGIELLONIAN UNIVERSITY

Dr Izabela Kraśnicka works at the Faculty of Theory of Communication, Jagiellonian University. She is interested in cognitive linguistics, nonverbal communication and gestures accompanying speech, theory of communication and pragmatics of speech.

DR MARTA ŁUKOWSKA JAGIELLONIAN UNIVERSITY

Dr Marta Łukowska cooperates with the Consciousness Lab, Jagiellonian University. Her research interest includes bodily consciousness, virtual reality, and sensory substitution.

PROF MICHAŁ WIERZCHOŃ JAGIELLONIAN UNIVERSITY

Prof. Michał Wierzchoń works at the Institute of Psychology, Jagiellonian University. His research interests include visual awareness, neural correlates of consciousness and theories of consciousness.

SIDEY MYOO JAGIELLONIAN UNIVERSITY

Sidey Myoo works at the Institute of Philosophy, Jagiellonian University and at the Faculty of Intermedia, Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Art in Cracow. He is interested in aesthetics, contemporary art, and network philosophy.

DR BŁAŻEJ SKRZYPULEC JAGIELLONIAN UNIVERSITY

Dr Błażej Skrzypulec works at the Institute of Philosophy, Jagiellonian University. He is interested in philosophy of perception, ontology, philosophy of mind and cognitive science.

DR JACEK WAWER JAGIELLONIAN UNIVERSITY

Dr Jacek Wawer works at the Institute of Philosophy, Jagiellonian University. His research interests include philosophy of action, metaphysics, logic and philosophy of logic along with philosophy of language, e.g., semantics of natural language.
